How do I activate Windows?

Troubleshooting Tip #1
There are two reasons for receiving that message. Your timezone may have been incorrect when you first attempted to activate your Quantum Byte. Click on the clock at the bottom right corner, and select “Change Time and Date Settings.” From there, click "Change Time Zone" and ensure you have the correct time zone. Also, make sure you have the correct time. Next, select the internet time tab and click on "Change Settings". Change the server to “time.nist.gov” and restart the Quantum Byte. Go to your desktop. Right click the “Windows Start” button at the bottom left corner and select "System" in the context menu. Under "Windows Activation", select "Activate Windows" and it should automatically update.

Troubleshooting Tip #2
Power off your Quantum Byte completely. Turn it on and click and hold “Delete”. Under “System Date” change it to the exact time and date that you have right now. Restart the Quantum Byte. Go to your desktop. Right click the Windows® start button at the bottom left corner and select "system" in the context menu. Under "Windows Activation", select "Activate Windows" and it should automatically update.
